Re: Starlight accolades stopped taking place

Did you do a folder rename or just remove the mods ?

If you just removed the mods, try renaming the user folder and let the game create a new one. Then test a new save with a new Sim.

  • I removed the entire Mods folder from the Sims4 folder and renamed it and game made a new folder, but it didn't change anything about the missing events.

Did you test a new Sim when you made a new save or put in the same one ?

Would you be willing to share your save with me ? If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

I played through Sunday on your new save and it appeared for next Sunday when Monday arrived.

How long did you play on that ? Testing your old save right now. Same for the old save. On Monday around 5 am the entry appeared in the calender.

  • Oh... i guess i should have kept playing, same happened to me, the event appeared. The first time i didnt wait until next day. Silly me. Thanks a lot for your help! :D

    You're welcome.

Still strange why it disappeared in the first place. Maybe some mod messing something up.

As of the 1.60 patch, the awards have stopped again. Went on a Sunday evening at the usual time. Nothing happening. Checked the calendar for future dates. Nothing.
