Re: Stuck on "Attempting to Connect" on the Gallery

It sounds like your EA account hasn't been fully upgraded yet to allow you online access- this isn't something we can look into over the forums since we don't have access to your account details, so live support will need to investigate into this further with you and make sure your account now has full access.

You can contact live support from the help site by submitting a request here. Let me know if you have any issues reaching live support there.

@EA_Solaire Hey, thanks for your help, but i don't know how to submit a request, i can't find it on the site, could you maybe help me with that?

Under the Game Support option, you'll select EA app as the product, then Manage My Account-> I want to update my EA Account information and you'll be taken to the current available contact options.

@EA_Solaire when i hover over the "Manage my Account" Button, i don't have this option, i'm really confused right now haha

me too!! it worked up until about a few weeks ago (which is when i turned 18 so im wondering if it has anything to do with that)
i've repaired, restarted, and done pretty much everything but nothing is working

none of this works, the game hasn't been able to connect for months, you are in breach of consumer laws!! Tell your * tech team to fix their * and stop ignoring the problem.
