@kptato Is the child adopted? If you had the Neighborhood Stories on, the baby could have been added by the game. The Stories have added babies and toddlers to elder households in my game and when the elders died off, the kids were moved to other families.

I have the “adopt a child” option off and the child is not adopted, it’s a child of my sims. All I can think of is that they carry some alien gene Im not aware of? Because I dowloaded the sims from the gallery. That’s the best I’ve got so far
@kptato , When the parent Sims are in CAS, are their any indications that they are Alien or part Alien? 🤔
Also, are you playing on a console or on a PC or a Mac? If you are on a PC or a Mac, do you play with any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔
