@crinrict When I click on the chair or the toddler, I choose to feed the toddler and choose from the menu that pops up, my sim will then go to the fridge to find the food I picked and walk back to the chair and wave their hands, and place the food on the table.
I haven’t tried a different table or high chair, but I can try it later.
@crinrict The one that didn’t work was the Mega high chair with a base game doning table, one of the long and expensive ones. I don’t know the english name but in Norwegian it’s called «Skarru ha det griselåret der».
@marianlarsen Hi, I see no problems with your chair in a vanilla game (see attached picture). Did you make sure that no mods/CC collide with your game?
@alanmichael1 I don’t use mods or cc, so that can’t be it.
If my sim pick the toddler up first and then choose to place the toddler in the chair, that works without problems. But when I click on the chair or the toddler, it doesn’t work. If I click on the chair my sim will find food for the toddler, go back to the chair and wave their hands, and place the food on the table. When I click on the toddler and choose to give food, my sim will pick the toddler up and place him/her in the chair, wave their hands and place the food on the table. In both cases my sim has a thoutht bubble with footsteps crossed over.
Maybe it’s the table? I added a better photo of the table.
@marianlarsen So it's something about the lot. Do you have any lamps hanging above the table ?
Moving to general discussion to further find out what's causing the issue.
@crinrict I have one 1-square lamp above the middle of the table. It is one of the flat ones from the base game. I tried removing the lamp, but that didn’t work either.
