Real Estate Agent Career Game Pack!

Sul Sul Simmers!

SimmeringPassion here with another idea that’s come into my mind! I was sitting on my sofa relaxing at home watching Lee Evans when an idea come into my mind, we have gotten the dream home decorator pack! (Which OMG! I so can’t wait until I get my hands on!)

I would also love for a real estate agent career, two options for the career just like the get to work careers, either you can send them on their own to work without you or to go along with them and complete different projects for them such as;

When your sim is beginning their career, they must first know their bearings such as knowing the industry, learning suitable price ranges for different buildings from residential to commercial, skilling up their charisma skill (also having lessons of charisma from the best, these can come into the forms of paid lectures or talking personally to the master charismatic sim if you get the chance to get close that is, or even if your sim is lucky enough your workplace will pay for your extra classes), knowing the ideal lot sizes for the size of the household wanting that perfect move and as stated before the right price range for the size too and also looking the part too!

All retail estate agents need to look the part in order to gain their clients trust (because how else are you going to make enough for the rent), your choice of clothing will either be preselected in case you are not bothered to style them out, or they can be fully customisable like how in the get to work pack with your employees’ uniforms.

At level 1 they will be able to shadow the top dogs in the game to learn how its done, will they fetch their colleagues coffees from time to time? Yes but its a right of passage by now, everyones done it and so the tradition is an unwritten one set in stone & also for the reason of laziness too!

When they get promoted they will then get to work with some home decorators and this is where the home decorator pack comes into play! You will not only meet your sims who have chosen the career but also pre-made sims too! Sims with that decorating flare will obviously need their own promotion too so they get more clients and more business because decorators need to help their own sales too! It’s a kind of “I scratch your back and you scratch mine” situation!

The clients will not only come to you for houses they are looking to move into at a negotiable price but they may also be wanting something completely brand new, just for them but are unsure of where they need to go for that kind of service without them getting scammed out of their hard earned simoleons!

You can either go half and half with the decorator or you can go all out! What is half and half I hear you asking yourself? Well, I’ll be more than happy to tell you! Half and half is exactly how it sounds! You can either create the whole house to its entirety and let the decorator do the other half of the job and add the finishing touches such as the wallpaper colours, the flooring choices and of course all of the furnishings / landscaping to not only go along with the building style but to suit any clients needs and expectations!

Whether there’s a family soon expecting a new arrival or a large family needing extra room your sim will always find something going on!

You would also have the opportunity to either create the estate agents work building yourself and have it as original or as funky and colourful as you’d like! You’d be able to bring your personality to the table and show your hometown who’s the best estate agents to go to for the best offers and deals! Or you can choose already made buildings in the gallery if you’re looking for more of getting stuck into the game play! Whatever your needs are they are sure to be met!

Later on in the career at level 7 there will be 3 options for your sim to choose, they can choose the Egotistical Money Maniac Realtor, the Real Estate Saint or the In Between these all have trait buffs relating to the path your sim chose.

If your sim chose the Real Estate Saint they would be going down a path of righteousness and getting their clients the best deal no matter what! This career path would work hand in hand with the good trait, the Egotistical Money Maniac Realtor path is a path of cashing in simoleons no matter what! Whether your sims clients get what they were looking for in the house that they was promised or not, your sim doesn’t care as long as they get their promised simoleons! Or the In Between path which is as it states a healthy mixture for those who don’t want to go to either one of the extremes.

The Egotistical Money Maniac Realtor path would go hand in hand with the evil trait, mischief trait or even the materialistic trait for added career bonuses! The added perks would be once each path has been completed to level 10 is either the “Saint Of All Homes!” the “Maniacal Money House” trait or the “That’s Fair” trait.

The Saint Of All Homes buff would give you a “great seller”, “caring, understanding and trusting” and a “highly recommended estate agent” perks.

The Maniacal Money House buff would give your sims a boost in the materialistic, evil and mischief trait, they will also be able to extort “hidden” fees from their clients to gain even more simoleons whilst being a charming and charismatic agent that in the eyes of the clients “is the best agent and can’t do no wrong!”

The That’s Fair buff will be exactly as it says, without being too scammy or too holier than thou they will be in the right middle ground of enjoying their work and their lifestyle too.

Of course with all career paths you need the charisma skill to level up because how can you talk to the people when you have no people skills! You will also if you are lucky enough to have the get famous pack (which i am aiming to get soon!) you will get celebrities wanting that holiday villa at Sulani or that winter home in the hills of Mt.Komorebi!

No matter the budget they will have you covered as long as theres simoleons involved! The clients you will get will also want the desired lots to have specific traits such as a haunted lot if they are one with the paranormal or a sunny lot for those inspirational painting days! Whatever the lot we got you!

The Discover University pack comes into play too when it comes to the business aspects, your sims could study at university and be guaranteed a boost ahead of everyone when it comes to the level of where they start as an estate agent. Why study if you can’t use it to get ahead of everyone else in the game?

No matter what path your sim takes or where it takes you, your sims name could be as big or even bigger than the Landgraabs, which is saying a pretty hefty statement right there! (I mean you can’t say that and not back it up! We all know they’re always listening!

I appreciate you if you have made it this far and I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback about this too!

I look forward to hearing from you very soon!

Love as always!

How would you get enough houses to sell? Not much fun in trying to sell the same 1 or 2 houses each day? A real life Real Estate agent handles a lot of different houses. I see no way that could be done in the Sims 4.

  • Well I see it as we already have Newcrest as a free for all world, so I don't see why another world can’t be added with the pre-made houses that would be placed and some that aren’t already placed so the fun would be in your hands as a player of where it would all go, as well as having empty lots to be able to create your own.

I would like to think like there’s an endless possibility with the sims anyway so why wouldn’t there be an endless possibility with being a real estate agent. I can see it working fully, there would be a story as to why the house is being sold for another like there are stories we make as a player.
