Sul Sul!

This issue happened in the beginning of playing the event. At first, I was never bothered of the rewards where they are because they were supposed were they are expected. I am not at week 2 of the event when I noticed the rewards were not in any of my Sim's inventory.

The only thing I have were the ones that does not go in the inventory. Tried removing my CCs and Mods, repairing the game and it is still the same.

Anyone who would help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

  • I finally managed to fix my issue.

I tried moving out my CCs and Mods from the Sims folder and repaired the game.

Then I moved out the 'accountdataDB.package' just somewhere in my desktop then restarted the game (this didn't help me though because I have no issues with the event not showing up--so, i returned it back to the original folder.

What I did was, repaired my game again. Returned my mods and found out the TwistedMexi BetterBuildBuy and TwistedMexi Allcheats Mod were the main issue (silly me for not updating it).

Have you clicked the little grim reaper logo on the upper lefthand corner after the challenge? I can't click it before to get the rewards but when I updated the Mod it was all fixed now.

All the rewards are in their specific categories as mentioned such as “Activities and Skills”.

  • I just discovered I'm missing the first Freezer Boney (the Original.)  It's not in my inventory, and it doesn't show up in the collection.  I can buy it from build, but that doesn't help to complete the collection.  So, while 5 have been awarded, I only have credit for 4.

To expand on my previous post, it appears the quest is account based but the rewards are household based.  So, if you're playing 2 households ... on 2 different computers, for instance ... or, if your original household crapped out after the first set of tasks during week 1 (which is well documented in other threads) ... then you have 1 freezer boney (typically the first one) in one household's inventory, but the rest in another household's inventory.  This means that while the quest is done cooperatively between households, the rewards are not shared cooperatively.  So I have a total of 4 households, none of which can complete the collection.  Add it to the growing list of problems with the rollout and implementation of this quest series.
