Reaper Rewards: plant flowers tasks not completing--SOLVED

What do we do if the quest task won't clear? I've completed all my goals except for the "Plant Lily" and "Plant Snapdragon" ones, which won't go away--do we have to get them to flower and then pick them before they'll be marked as completed?

I have removed my mods and cleared my cache files, so it doesn't seem to be a mod problem.

EDIT:

I got this to work after I went into Steam and verified my files twice--once to see that over 40 had failed and the second time fixed it. So, if you have this problem and are using Steam, try this.

    Hello! I was having this same issue and ended up disabling all mods/cc AND packs, repairing my game, and making a new base game save, and it worked. When I tried planting them again, the "Plant Lily" and "Plant Snapdragon" were instantly checked off.

    Werk 1 I had no issues but Week 2 tasks not loading on my end. And thinking back I can't tell if the Happy potion was for last week but if it was  it didn't come up as a reward yet.  :(

    Same and it’s for the friends with death part I was able to complete the digging holes tasks have you found a way to resolve this I play on EA app and can’t figure out how to fix it
