Reaper rewards quest requires buying grimophone

It say the grimphone should be in the rewards page then you collect…etc.  But I can’t find it on my rewards page does anyone know what I’m supposed to do?

The Grimophone is in Buy mode under Audio. You can find it using Objects by Room/Living Room. You have to buy it yourself. The event doesn't give it to you for free.

I had no idea about this rewards thing and am looking forward to playing it except I know nothing about it and have NO idea where you claim the Grimaphone from. any help would be great 

I'm stuck because I can no longer earn enough of the Grim Points to get the phone.

sarah_m_garcia The rewards get claimed in the order they are shown, and the Grimophone is only the third item, so it should be easy to get enough points to unlock it. You still have to buy it, though, after it's unlocked. You don't get a free one, like you do with the freezer boneys, books, and potions.

I tried to buy the grimophone from build/buy mode but it won't let me even though I have completed week one's rewards for the reapers event I am now on week four and it's not working does anyone know how to do that and btw I'm not trying to be rude or mean I have a rough day and past couple of days because I tried EA help and chatting with a live tech and I waited too long to talk to them and had to pay a dollar to talk to them and I could not renew my subscription to talk so that hurts and I thought that waiting a couple of days would help but I still can't renew my subscription so if anybody knows how I can fix the event or if you know how I find another way to get a sims 4 folder because I think I accidentally deleted my folder from my trash bin and I have a PC laptop that I'm playing on but I just don't know what to do please help if you can thx.

@Boo2444 What happens exactly when you try to buy the grimophone ? Is it not available ? Does it not place ? Does the task not fulfill ?

Which folder are you referring to ? Installation or user folder ? For errors with the installation folder repair your game. The user folder just recreates when you start the game. You just won't have your saves and other things.

I have a problem where sometimes my eyes don’t work right and I wasn’t feeling well last week so I didn’t realize that I was able to buy the grimophone my mistake sorry
