Reapers Reward Broke My Game!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I open the app, it shows the reaper rewards banner. The play now button does not work, and clicking the x button shows a dark screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access the game in any way

The game only works if I turn it to offline, but recently that has stopped working as well. It says my game license has expired and  to launch the game to renew it, but I can’t launch the game. I press the x on the reaper rewards banner and it just leaves a black opaque box over the screen and I can’t press any buttons. I can’t deal with this for another month.
