Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know why it's occurring. I'm doing the current week's Reaper's rewards (week 5) The game refuses to see my sim's mailbox. I deleted it and replaced it several times in different locations on the yard and the mailman refused to see it (posted in the ambrosia newsletter thread) I went changed to a neighbour sim and same issue. I went to another sim in another world and was able to get and read the newsletter (with another sim) and complete that task. I went back to my main sim and did the cooking and completed everything.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once I completed everything it said I completed the quest... but I never got the final item and it's not checked off.
What do you expect to see? Quest completed and the last item checked off.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don't know if it's because I had another sim read the newsletter that I'm missing points? But I had no choice and now it's vanished or I would have given it to the sim I'm playing with. I'm not sure if the mailbox not being seen glitch and getting the newsletter with another sim in another lot made me miss out. I don't care about the potion so much, I'm just worried that it'll fail to complete the full quest at the end because of it. ☹️
I have the latest patch installed. (pre-Life & death patch)
I have no mods but I have CC... and if I disable the CC all my sims will be naked and bald... it's happened before and I'm worried about logging into the save with the cc turned off.
I have no clue how to fix it. I haven't seen any posts saying that it says "All Quest Completed" but not getting the reward so I started a new one. Sorry if it exists already.
I've had the mailbox issue since week 1 and I keep either deleting and putting a new mailbox or getting the newsletter with another family on another lot. I don't know if this issue is connected or not. I hope I gave enough information. Sorry if I missed anything. I'm just really frustrated with this whole quest thing.
[edit] Oh, I did try exiting the game and reloading to see if it completed, but nope. Still the same.
[not sure if it's related or not, but I had 2 sims in the house that had max love and friendship and within a day game time they despised each other with two red bars (so I kicked one out and that one was the one I got the newsletter with elsewhere). I'm not sure if it's a glitch that made them suddenly hate each other so much when last week they didn't... or if it's just a coincidence.]
