Reaper's Rewards: Not enough points to unlock all the items for this week

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Couldn't see it until I completed the Event
What is your current game version number? PC: 1.109.207.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, Horse Ranch, Parenthood, Dream Home Decorator, Luxury Party Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff, Crystal Creations, Pastel Pop Kit, and Party Essentials Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete all Reapers Rewards event tasks for week 3
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have enough points to unlock the Batfish. I'm 30 points short
What do you expect to see? To unlock all the rewards for this week after completing all the tasks
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? A few small non script mods that haven't impacted the event so far
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When I loaded up the game today, it showed me all the items I can unlock this week (week 3) with the Reaper's Rewards event. I have done all the tasks and am 30 points short of being able to claim the last reward, the Batfish. I saw online that having Paranormal Stuff gave an extra task in week 1, so I'm not sure if that is why, because I don't have Paranormal Stuff and didn't get that extra task. Now I'm wondering if at the end of this event, I'll fall short of claiming all the rewards because I don't have that pack. I thought the event would have been done in a way that even having only base game it can be completed and all the rewards can be claimed.

Hey all,

This is by design as players who own certain packs will see additional tasks to complete, thus earning additional Event XP as a result.

I've reached out to the team who confirmed that all players who complete each of the weekly tasks will be able to fully complete the Reaper's Rewards event, and gain access to all of the unlockable rewards, even if you don't have any additional packs. You'll just need to wait a bit longer for more weekly tasks to unlock to do so.

@EA_Cade I completed all the tasks through the end of the event and I'm still 25EP short of earning the final reward (re-training potion).

Hey, I have almost every pack, besides batuu and dine out (besides most kits). I am in week six, all main tasks down to eating ambrosia and then completed the last task (go to a bar during ghost night) but did not get any points for it, even though the task got ticked off. Now it only takes me to the reward panel, but I do not have enough points to collect the last three/four rewards. I restarted the game and tried multiple save files, nothing worked.

So I have all the packs (even the kits) and have completed all the tasks and am still short on points to claim the last three rewards. One questline took an in-game week to award the points (I know, bc obviously my game was saved on a Thursday and I got the points when I finished the other questline by visiting the bar on ghost night the following Wednesday). It's now the 4th real life day since completing the remaining questline and still no points for it.

Could someone please explain why I am 25 event points short of getting the last reward from the Reapers Rewards event?
I only started playing the game 2 weeks ago and I only have the base game. I have completed every task/quest available and have all the rewards except the last one.

I can’t claim the last 3 reaper rewards.
I’ve completed week 6, made the ambrosia, and nothing happened. I have no more quests to do, and I’m just so confused. Theres only hours left in the event and I’m extremely frustrated that I can’t finish it. Any help is much appreciated.

Hey, so I completed every task, the last one being to visit a bar during ghost night. Every time I got my points and rewards without any problems, but for ghost night the task only got ticked off without me getting any points. I play without mods and have almost all expansions. I tried restarting the game, different save files an waiting. I waited for two weeks, until the event officially ended for me on the 19th of November. Is there any way to still get my rewards?

SassafraastreeSorry: didn't see your question until now. No, no luck and I never heard anything back on my issue so I never received the final reward of the event.
