Refrigerator isn't placing against the wall

I do not have any mods or cheats, and a refrigerator that had been placed against a wall is suddenly refusing to do so, moving several squares forward in the grid, and refuses to move anywhere else, stating server error whenever I try to move it. It is the IceBOX Vintage Refrigerator.
I noticed it while in Live Mode, and tried moving it several different places in Build Mode to no avail.

Note: When I went back to double-check the name of the refrigerator, I resumed the game, and the fridge placement was working fine. I do not know what happened, but I am still posting this to let you know, in case it is recurring.
