Refund Plz

Hello, I recently bought the Sims 4 and some expansions due to the fact they were on sale, but upon playing it, I realized I did not really like the game.

I want to refund this game, but the Good Game Guarantee thing states that I have no games eligible for refunds. I'm pretty sure I fall into the refund policy's categories, as I only bought it 3 days ago and have only played the game for 5 hours? (Including the time I tried it as a free demo years ago.)

Maybe it's due to the fact that I payed with my credit card and haven't gotten the statement yet to pay for the money I used on it? I'm not sure.

I just want to get rid of it, not trying to stir up any trouble.

  • @Inversed1  The Sims 4 base game is eligible for EA's great game guarantee, but packs are considered DLC and are not covered.   You can read the entire statement here:

    There are times when you can get a refund for a bundle of the base game and some packs, but that isn't always possible; it probably depends in part on the circumstances of the purchase.  Additionally, refunds are only offered within 14 days of purchase, and additionally within 24 hours of the first launch, if they've been launched at all.

    If you want to see whether you can get a refund anyway, contact EA customer support and ask directly.  But don't count on it working out.  In this case, unfortunately, you may be out of luck.
