Relationship labels and icons not updating in the relationship panel

I've noticed a new error where relationship labels and icons are not updating or only partially updating in the relationship panel. For example, my Sim developed their relationship with their pet from Acquaintance - Friend - Good Friend - Companion. However, in the panel the relationship label and icon only changed from Acquaintance - Friend - Good Friend (did not update to Companion). So when you see their pet in the relationship panel it shows the pet is a Good Friend. But when you click on "Open Profile" it shows the pet is a companion under relationship. The same thing happens with custom relationship labels - the custom label and custom icon does not appear in the relationship panel, but appears when you click on "open profile". For example, I added a custom label for a Sim called "Test" with a heart icon, but the Sim still shows as an Acquaintance in the panel although the custom label has updated in the Sim's profile.
