rental apartments broken again despite of replacing them

i've just built my save file, no mods, no cc, mods disabled.
my rental apartments where bugged, they had 0 bath and 0 bed (i didnt assign them) and the rental apartment looks like on the image. then i've deleted those buildings and put them back from the gallery, assigned the beds and toilets manual. it worked at first, by the time i was done with re-editing all rental apartments (literally everyone of them was bugged), i thought its gone now. for tomarang it still looks normal, a price, visible rooms etc but all the previous apartments in newcrest, willow creek etc that i've replaced at the beginning are bugged like this again, it stillsays the toilet and bed rooms but they all have a 0 simoleon price and you cant see inside the rooms anymore.

    my save file was already fresh, its vanilla and i placed down buildings which took me idk, 2 weeks or smth? it took me a month so to sum it up the file is around a month old and the only thing i did was placing down buildings on the lot, i also repaired my game before and deleted the userfolder before i created the new save file to prevent these kind of issues right at the beginning (which didn't work ig) 

    i was able to get a recovery save, where the buildings werent affected by the bug yet, it was before i made the rental editing in tomoranag and after, then i re-edited them in tomarang etc so they dont have the bug, as of state yesterday it seemed to be fine now with all rentals showing correct info, i havent play yet today so idk if the bug now came back when i go into the save again

    so basically:
    -i placed down buildings
    -i saw that the rental apartments were bugged
    -someone told me to assign bed and bathrooms to all rentals 
    -so i deleted the rentals in all worlds and placed them new, assigned the numbers
    -by the time i was done i went back to willow creek and noticed that the rentals got the same bug again, except for tomarang and ciudad which i edited lastly
    -then i found a recovery safe where the bug didn't happen yet, which was before i got to tomarang
    (worth to mention maybe, i edited tomarang a day later cause i was tired)
    -now i took the recovery save and started editing tomarang and ciudad again, and as of yesterday the bug seems to be gone
    -because i didn't play today, i dont know if the bug will appear again
