Rentals and Apartments Stuck in Loading Screens After New Patch

    @crinrict I didn't have any custom playmats, the one household with an infant had the playmat that came with the pack. But that gave me the idea that maybe something within the lots were faulty. So just to be sure I evicted the households so they could leave all of their furniture back and move them to a completely empty place, either bulldozed the lots or replaced them from other stuff from the gallery DX9 settings and moved the households back in with DX11 settings. So far, they seem to load with no visible issues. It was probably something that glitched in those lots..?  The lots are gone now but it's miles better than losing an entire save file!

Update on this issue, as promised. After duplicating the save file and examining them from their tray files, it turned out to be more of a lot specific issue than a household specific issue. The rentals I had in San Sequioa managed to load, as well as the Sims that normally were in the households I couldn't load but happened to be in a different place by the time I booted the save file. To make sure it was not tied to rentals or apartments I also converted one of the residential lots to a rental, which also loaded fine. 

At a last attempt, I've returned the game back to its dx9 settings, and the lots that weren't loading in its previous settings loaded without any issues! My guess is that after the game updated itself and I've opted in the dx11 settings, the game could not load these specific households with the new settings.

Would you be willing to share your save with me ? Would like to try if I can duplicate the issue on DX11.

Did you have any custom files in the configoverride folder ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
