Hi, who do I have to contact to report a copyright infringement for the sims 4?

There is a mobile app of sims 4 just recently listed in the Google play store but it's loaded with ads when starting up the app I do believe it is a copyright infringement as well so I believe EA games and maxis need to investigate this and get it removed
