Request Knighthood?

My Sim got level 10 Charisma and level 10 Swordsmanship, and she got full green bar for friendship with Cordelia V, but when she requests Knighthood from her, Cordelia agrees, and then nothing happens, they just continue talking. How to receive Knighthood from a noble Sim?
