Restaurant doesn't serve all ordered meals

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go out dining to a restaurant, order multiple meals
What happens when the bug occurs? I ordered main course, drinks and desserts for two sims and paid for them all. I got served only the drinks and desserts.
What do you expect to see? I get everything that I ordered, in the right order starting from starters, main course and ending at the dessert.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As I explained, I went to a restaurant and ordered two dishes: main course and dessert + drink. My sim paid for the whole thing for two sims, but they only served the dessert (which got stolen in the middle of dining by npc sim, btw) and drinks after which my sim and his date left the restaurant automatically.
To be more exact, I ordered different main courses to these two sims and same dessert. The drinks were also different from each other.
