I'm having this issue with vet clinic only. Just a flying lama tab for the vet clinic, can't even click on it. Even without mods and on a new installation of the game on my new computer. This has been happening since the new small business thing, at least that's when I noticed it.
Hellosakuraxblossomli Have you tried testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data into the sims 4 folder, after resetting your sims 4 folder? If you haven’t, try doing that, and see if the issue also occurs in the new save game. Also try repairing the game and see if that helps.
