Retail store won't open

I have bought a retail store, and I can open it the first time I try, but not afterwards. It just dosen't register that I click on the open button, or when I try to click on the register. I can't put things for sale either. 

I don't have any cc or mods, my game is updated and repaired. 
I don't have the For Rent pack.

    • Have you never used mods/cc or removed them ?
    • Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
      • Delete the ones you have
      • Trigger the error again
      • Check if new ones are created
      • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
