Rewards don't show up
The main menu says I've claimed my items but only the dart board shows up in game. Anyone knows what's going on?

Uh... Yes but as far as I'm aware, none of them should intervene with the rewards
- @Bluhm2000 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save (or a new save)

@Bluhm2000 Have you tried searching for the name or did you just use the filter to find them ?
For me, the filter doesn't work properly.
I have to search for bulleyes first, then do the filter and then make sure it's set to show all for all the build mode items show up with the filter.
Don't have any issues with the hair or the necklace though
Initially I was looking for the trash can but didn't find it, so I tried searching it by name but it didn't showed up. Then I tried filtering it and the only thing that showed was the dart board, while all of the items to date appear as claimed on the main menu, that's why I'm asking for support here

Well, I already mentioned I do use mods...
@Bluhm2000 You could be on Mac .. PC .. and if PC you could be using Steam or Epic .. all of this can make a difference.
I'm letting someone else help you further.
Oh you meant where did I downloaded the game from. It's from the EA app
