Ridiculous amount of corruptions

Not only is the dog stuck in the wall, but it also appears the whole game is full of corruptions, and I am so tired of spending so much time getting the world and the homes ready for play only for it be crash or become corrupt days later (human days).  

Not only is the dog stuck in the wall and cannot get to the SIM when called, the SIM cannot go downstairs now, and her fiancé' won't stop rocking in the chair.    I have "repaired" the games, but it just doesn't work.  So, the solution is to just start over?? Go back in time and find when the world was better?  With as much money as I have put in this game, I should not have to "work" at getting this game to work.
