riscattare codice the sims 4 island living

Hi, yesterday i bought "the sims 4 island living" (i already have the base game) and when i wrote in the code to redeem it, origin said that it was already redeemed. I contacted ea's costumer care ...

    @Francy191001 

    If this was purchased from a third-party site, you'd need to contact the retailer directly for a replacement code or refund if the code you have isn't working. 

    Please also be sure to read over the post here for more details on where to safely purchase DLC.

As I said instant gaming has been a reliable website since 2015, and they already told me that since the code has been redeemed after the purchase the won't refund me or replace the code...

I don't think this is fair to me.

the ea's customer care agent told me you were going to help me solve the problem. I didn't do anything wrong,,,

This is all laid out in my post here that @EA_Solaire provided above.

We cannot assist you with codes purchased from a third party site that isn't on our list of approved vendors, as we cannot verify the origin of the codes. The codes sold on those sites could be stolen or obtained fraudulently through some other means and then resold to you. These codes are regularly deactivated by us as they are found, it simply isn't safe to purchase from these sites for our products. 

I'll be closing this thread now as we've provided you with all the information we can on this. I'm afraid you'll need to take this issue up with Instant Gaming for a resolution.
