I don’t know what’s going on. But I lost all my hard work and my family. After Using residential rental my save gone and my game keep crashing! I don’t play with NO MODS or CC. HELP!!

Sounds like you are experiencing this problem, the link with take you to sims community on “X” twitter. Unfortunately a lot people with for rent pack are having this problem with disappearing and or corrupted saves. When I saw it yesterday, because I do have for rent, I made a backup.
