yes, i see this link to peeps also having this problem, but that was in june 2018 it was posted, i randomly have this problem now, july 2024
@Whirlwind5089 There are also recent posts on the thread if you continue to page 8 you'll see the Sims Direct responded in March. So it's definitely on their radar and being investigated. If you want to add a reply you should be prompted with a bug template to fill in with your info. Any information we give could help them replicate the problem.
