[ROM] Spellcaster autonomously uses copypasto/sets things on fire

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC (Laptop)
Which language are you playing the game in? English 
How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time 😞
What is your current game version number? Latest version 1.110.265.1030 DX 11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most except a few and the new pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Become a spellcaster at the master level (no cheats or mods) and know the spell Inferniate + Copypasto
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim(s) autonomously set things on fire and use the spell Copypasto on objects like plants, books non-stop.
What do you expect to see? I don't need this bug to occur every time, once in a while is fine but not every time that I have to tell them to use the spell Chillio/extinguish to put out the fires.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I just updated my game to the latest patch and this didn't occur prior.

Hey Simmers, 

I played one of my original spellcasters who finally reached the Master level (no cheats or mods) however this new patch might have caused a bug. Before this new game update, he never autonomously started any fires on his own; but now he's an arsonist. He can't stop using Inferniate on the ground, bookshelf, plants, books also Copypasto.  Is anyone else encountering this issue?

    Just checking, is your sim in a club, and if so, does that club have 'Cast Spells' as an activity? I've not added that as a club activity since shortly after Realm of Magic came out, but I did briefly have it in as a club activity back then and my sims were using inferniate constantly whenever they had a club gathering going (they weren't high enough spellcasters to know the copypasto spell at that point). 

    I just tried in one of my saves with a maxed spellcaster who knows all the spells and they weren't doing any magic except transportalate autonomously (and that's normal for them to do autonomously if you have it set for them to always transportalate).

    That was my first thought too. They will do this if they are in a club. I have a lot of spellcasters but I'm not currently playing them at the moment but I can check and see if they're randomly setting things on fire.

    They are in a club for spellcasters but this didn't occur before the new game update, my sim started doing this after... I can see if I remove cast spells as an activity to see if anything changes.

    @Genuia Please test if it happens without clubs. Clubs are supposed to make Sims do on their own and if it wasn't working before, I'm inclined to say, that was a bug.
