Romance goes down constantly despite successful relationship

My Sims romance bar goes steadily down no matter how happy they are and attracted, satisfied and all the things. It’s so annoying because I know they should have a good relationship. I designed them that way!

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Do interactions failed all the time or do you get negative indication although the interaction was successful or does just the bar go down steadily ?
