Routing Issues With Certain Objects

I found had trouble with certain objects affecting the routing of sims. It can also make them unusable without the aid of cheats. The main culprits are sinks, showers, and litterboxes. I think the problem is having something that's two tiles away from the front or having the area required for that item be two tiles away. I added screenshots of my sim trying to go near the sink as well as my sim trying to leave the room after I teleported her there. Lastly, I posted a screenshot of what the bathroom looks like.
