I have to call and chat with the royal envoy as my event task, but she doesn't exist in the game. I tried loading into an existing save, tried disabling all mods and starting a new save, made sure my game was updated, restarted my game and my computer and I cannot complete that task, she is not in my game.

I'm having the same problem- I was able to do the first few quests but now she has disappeared from the game entirely. She doesn't show up in my Sim's contacts, she's not in the manage households section, I can't find her anywhere and there's no way to summon her and I can't complete the event :(
