Royalty And Legacy Noble Titles Issue

My sim is the queen and her daughter is a princess and that same princess had a baby out a wedlock. I think this could have been a glitch due to the rpo mod but there wasn't a scandal for the secret baby but whatever (I ended up taking the specific rpo mods that the creator said were having issues). My issue is this baby my sim had out of wedlock has a noble title and then the two babies my sims had after her while being married (the marriage was approved by the head of dynasty) dont have a title. Is there anyway for me to fix this? Another disclaimer the baby out of wedlock is about to be a toddler and the other children that were born while my sim was married are infants.
