San Myshuno apartment loading error 117:6b866:55ff2b2a

When trying to visit one of my family’s in the Jasmine Suite apartments the game kicked me backed out to the world map with the error code above. I do not have residential rentals in San Myshuno and ...

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    Sorry, due to the bug mentioned above and other issues,I decided to take a break from the game for a while so I haven’t been playing enough to generate a new LE. I am also unable to login to forums using a PC so I wouldn’t be able to upload to this post to be helpful.
