DanaWy708 I was getting the same Error Code, but I don't have City Living. It happened when I tried to load into a Lot from the World Map (after loading into a number of lots from the map and the phone without issue over a few hours). It was an Unplayed Household. I closed and Repaired the game, and needed to Load Game (not Resume Game) to get it to work again.
The game failed to load. Error Code: 117:6b866:55ff2b2a. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.
Unfortunately for me the lot I was trying to load was a played household and I was not able to load into the lot or the new lot I moved the household into even after the restart, repair and reload of the save file. The only thing that worked was deleting the family and once that was done I was able to place a new sim into the same apartment and visit the lot without issue so I’m not sure if it was the household or a bug.
