Satisfaction Rewards

when i use my satisfaction points (which are not easy to earn) the rewards are not showing up in my inventory. i have tried to rebuy them but it says i can’t because i already own them. this is a problem with every sim, ive restarted the game and everything and its not working. anyone else have this issue or is there maybe somewhere else the rewards would go besides personal inventory? appreciate any help 🫶🏼

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please always choose the proper thread tag for that.
    • Which reward traits did you buy ? Almost all of them are traits for your Sims. The potions and stuff go in your inventory, the rest is added as a trait.
