Save Error 21

Hi, I play sims 4 on pc. I have been getting the error code 21 for the past couple of 2-3 weeks now and it started before the update. I have tried taking out my mods folder, doing the antivirus sugge...

    I just transferred all my old save files and trays into the new one. That didn’t corrupt the game and it’s working.
