Scary Decor Moodlet

Hey, I just got the Life & Death pack and I’m playing on the Old Ravenwood Estate lot with the Hallowed Ground trait.

My sims all keep getting stuck with this Scary Decor +3 moodlet and I’m not sure what decor items would cause it or how to resolve the moodlet (it’s not timed).

I removed it through shift+click cheat and it stayed gone for a few days.

I’ve also searched the house and grounds and I can’t find anything that would be causing the moodlet. 
Anyone else know what triggers it?
