Scary Decor Moodlet

Hey, I just got the Life & Death pack and I’m playing on the Old Ravenwood Estate lot with the Hallowed Ground trait. My sims all keep getting stuck with this Scary Decor +3 moodlet and I’m not sure...

@sj211221 Do they still get the moodlet if you remove the Hallowed Ground trait?
