[SD] Broken Manicure animation

When the sims use the massage chair to give a manicure, they stand off to the side and their arms are either twisted to the side or they stand across the room to do the manicure. I have no cc or mods in my game. My game is up to date with all updates. I am not sure why this is happening and it seems to be consistant each time the manicure option is chosen. It even happens with the sim employees who are giving manicures. I have attached a picture to show what happens when they are trying to give a manicure.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Does it happen on a new save too for any lot ?

    I have never had mods or cc in this particular game save when I started it. 
    I play on PC.
    I have picked the associated tags asked.
    I haven't tried on a new save or different lot as I have never played with the spa feature before.

    I gave this a short test and it works fine for me.

    Could you test a new save just for testing to see if it's something about the lot/save ?

    Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you. My new save is no longer doing the glitch. I hae done 3 manicures, a pedicure, a foot massage, and a hand massage and so far no issues. I'm not sure what the issue could have been in my other save since I didn't have mods or cc in but this save is fine. Thank you for your time and patience.
