[SE] Decor 'Moss Aquarium' makes game crash when trying to place

I was decorating a house and going pack by pack looking in the "show all items" in build mode. I came across the moss aquarium and I have not placed it before I didn't realize it existed. As I clicked on it to place it my game crashed. I thought it may have been my computer, but I tried it again as well as another player who I was with. Every time we tried to place this item our games crashed immediately. I attached an image of the item.

Link to Google Drive That Link has the LastException/Last Crash files.
I do use cc in my game and removed them, it did let me place them and the game did not crash. Once I did that I put back in my mods folder and started the game again. It did not crash but it DID freeze this time when I tried to place the same object. I had to force quit the game.
I wasn't able to take the screenshot from the actual game so the SE icon wasn't there, the screenshot I attached was from the EA App item list for the pack. But the "My Little Marimo Aquarium" is the correct item that was causing the initial crash.

Thanks. Some of them are pretty old. You can delete those files.

The newest one is from a modded game so if it doesn't crash without the mods and isn't crashing anymore now, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I can only find one that's called 'My Little Marimo Aquarium' that looks like your pic but looks different when placed. Mine also has the SE icon which seems to be missing on yours ? Is that the one ?
