it's an unlock from Snowy Escape afaik. They are often categorized for random so that's maybe why your Sim have it.
Not sure what you need to do to unlock it.
I am not able to find it in CAS at all it's not unlocking it.. is is it supposed to be and it simply isn't now? I chose that outfit long ago. I don't know if it is 1 single color or if there are many colors to choose from. I can't find it in CAS now. With that said, are random outfits, outfits that you cannot find in CAS? if it was supposed to be locked I would still see in in cas as Locked (grayed out) right?
There are outfits that don't appear at all if they are locked and others are greyed out (never understood why)
I'm not sure what the conditions are to unlock. The cheat also doesn't seem to unlock it but it's listed towards the bottom in S4Studio which is usually in indication that it's an unlock. It's called SkiReward so maybe it's for leveling up the skiing/snowboarding skill ?
