Second Rental Property Only Showing 1/6 Units Available to Rent

Hi everyone!

I have two rental properties. the first one has 6 units (with one being currently lived in by my sims) and I bought a second property and created 6 more units. All units have been assigned (and I can see the individual units as usual in build mode) but when I go to rent out the units, only the first one shows up on the owner tab? 

I have never had mods, CC, or anything other than EA-made packs. I have tried restarting the game multiple times, travelling to each unit (which I can do without issue), so the game is recognizing that the units exist outside of build mode as their own units but they just don't show up on the rental tab so I can't rent them out. I have also deleted all other game saves except for this one and nothing is working. 

Any suggestions on what I can try? Thanks in advance!!
