I have life and death and am experiencing the same issue currently. He says he's not interested in woohoo with female sims, seems to be a bug.
I'm dealing with this, too. Got excited to try for a grimborn kid only to find out that the grim reaper in my save had 'no one' generated as his woohoo interests. Everything I've seen online about changing it has said to open the sim in cas to change it - but I can't find an option to do that with grim (I'm guessing because of his status as a special NPC) and I can't find anything about cheats to change his orientation without editing him in cas. Really disappointing.
