Shopping cart notification constantly appearing

EA_Solaire​ this is happening for me on the save file I sent you, if I play online. It's constantly popping up (like 5 times in a couple of minutes, even if I don't "wave" it away with the mouse curs...

I'm also getting it every single time I switch Sims with it only going away if I scroll over it.
