Should it be possible to get a male alien pregnant?
He is not supposed to be able to become pregnant, but this is the case for male humans who are abducted. I don't think the alien should be pregnant.

Are you talking about Male Alien Sims? or Abducted Regular Male Sims?
Regular male sims have always been able to become pregnant if Abducted by aliens. Regardless of how you have him set up in cas.
So yeah, they should be able to become pregnant when abducted by an alien, regardless of if they were set to not be able to be pregnant in a normal situation. It's part of the sims charm/weirdness/history
As for Alien Males? Personally I have all my aliens set to "Make others pregnant" regardless of gender. As reference to how they use abductees. But that is my preference. you can make an alien sim however you want.
