Show Bills Not Working/Glitched

Question

I am at a loss, and this is my first time turning to this forum for help so any help or insight is so appreciated at this point! I noticed while playing my current save that the show bills pop-up was glitched. A screenshot is attached. I used TwistedMex's Better Exceptions to see if any of my mods/cc was causing any trouble. Surprisingly it came up with BetterBuildBuy and Smarter Pie so I removed those. No luck, either I had the same glitched menu or the Show Bills button just didn't work. I've since downloaded fresh versions of my mods, removed the mods to test, and tried fresh saves no luck with this save file. In fact, while the show bills button works in a fresh save and the file I was using to test with my mods/cc installed when I change to the save file I want to play in I still get the glitched menu, and then if I switch back to the fresh or testing file the show bills button just doesn't work.&nbsp;

@xjaywillie Could you try a clean folder, please? Drag the whole Sims 4 folder to your desktop, start the game, reset your option, and open a new save.

If that works, exit and copy your old save files into the new Saves folder the game made and test one of those.

Hi Luth!Thanks for responding! So I did what you suggested, and tried one save file that I had played within the last few weeks and all seemed well, but then I tried the save file where the glitch originated and it's still there. No mods, no CC, and a fresh Sims 4 folder. So odd!

No luck with the game repair either. Wondering if this save file is just a lost cause?
