Sim’s homework disappears
I’ve noticed the last few times i have opend my sims and loaded my family my child’s homework disappears. I keep rebuying it from the computer but whenever i close my sims and reopen it, the homework is gone again😔. I don’t know if it happens to teens too but I only have a child right now. (I don’t use any mods)
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game
- Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Start your save game
- Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
