Sim Appearance Glitch

I recently had this sim holiday in Sulani but the image of her kept changing while she was scuba diving. I think it may be connected to her having a successful try for baby with a mermaid shortly before. Then upon returning home, the glitch fully took over her appearance. It almost looks like she has another sims skin on, not sure if skin is the proper term. The version of her with red-ish brown hair is what she looks like normally, for comparison.
