Sim cannot go to prom

 When choosing who to send to the prom, nothing happens; the Sims remain on the lot and that's it. I've reloaded the save several times, and every time this happens, the selection window appears, and no matter how many Sims I select, nothing happens.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Did you get a message for prom or also not ?
    • Was prom in the calendar ?
    • Do you have romantic invites ticked in your game option (not exactly sure what it's called atm)
