Yeah, it's By Design...and it makes me think of something Patrick says early on in the "Battle of Bikini Bottom" episode of "SpongeBob Squarepants" ("NOOO! You're not my best friend!"). 😃

LittleMsSam has one that changes this behavior (Google it), but that's if you're cool with using mods, of course. 🙂
