sim doesn't have introduction options

i downloaded a sim from the gallery, and whenever i try to initiate socials with another sim, there are no introduction options - just the 'ask about local hauntings' and 'snoop on __' options. it's only this sim, i'm not experiencing this issue with any of my other sims. i only play with some cc, i don't have any script mods. any ideas? 😶

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop
    • Delete the following files from your user folder.
      •   localthumbcache
      •   Any lastException Files
      •   Any LastCrash files.
    • Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    If you continue to have issues, please post the name/creator of the Sim here.
